Tackling the fundamental issue of diversity facing the marketing industry in Australia. Thinkerbell, AdNews Creative agency of the year, were asked to create the cover to highlight the issue. We found a little toy man, photographed him and Photoshopped the bejezzus out of it. The dark lighting is meant to communicate a toyshop after hours – little guy sad on the shelf.
